Thiosane Travel is the travel organization responsible for organizing the trip.
By accepting the travel program and associated costs, the traveler also accepts the travel conditions applied by Thiosane Travel.
Costs
The costs depend on the travel program and are determined by the number of days, number of kilometers and the number of travelers. These costs include the preparation costs. the accommodation and meals of the companion, transport by car, fuel costs and the necessary car documents for the border passages. This also includes the cost of transportation for the attendant to get from his home to the traveler and return after the time. The price does not include overnight stays and meals for the traveler, entrance fees and the costs for local guides.
Payment
After accepting the trip, a deposit of at least 50 percent of the travel sum must be paid within two weeks.
The remainder of the travel sum must be paid before the start of the trip or paid in cash on the first day of travel.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the trip, more than six weeks before the agreed start date of the trip, the traveler must pay 35% of the costs agreed for the trip.
If the trip is cancelled less than six weeks, but more than three weeks before the agreed start date of the trip, the traveler must pay 50% of the travel sum agreed for the trip.
If the trip is cancelled less than three weeks before the agreed start date of the trip, the traveler must pay the entire travel sum agreed for the trip.
Travel documents
The traveler takes care of a valid passport, visa and any other travel documents and is responsible for this.
The traveler is obliged to take out full and relevant travel, accidents and baggage insurance (with world coverage) for risks covered by this type of insurance. In many cases where assistance is compulsory, the travel organization must be able to fall back on the Emergency Center of the traveler’s insurance. The traveler is obliged to report the policy number of the insurance to the travel organization before departure.
Travelers are obliged to carefully check and possibly adjust their policy conditions and insurance details.
Damage
Thiosane Travel is not liable for personal damage incurred during the trip. The traveler participates in the trip at his own risk.
Thiosane Travel is not liable for loss, damage or loss of luggage, travel documents and / or travel documents.
Amendments
Thiosane Travel may change the agreement on a non-material point. Local circumstances before or during the execution of the trip may mean that adjustments to the travel program are unavoidable before or during the trip. An example of such a circumstance is the replacement of the intended means of transport or accommodation with an equivalent alternative, but can also be (persistent) bad weather conditions, which necessitates changes to the schedule, etc.
Thiosane Travel undertakes to maintain the character of the trip as much as possible and to offer alternatives that meet this requirement.
Thiosane Travel undertakes to limit adverse consequences for the traveler as much as possible.
A traveler can only reject the change if no reasonable alternative is available and if the change is to the disadvantage of more than minor significance.
If the cause of cancellation or change can be attributed to Thiosane Travel, the resulting damage will be charged to Thiosane Travel.
If the cause of cancellation or change can be attributed to the traveler, the resulting damage will be borne by the traveler.
If the cause of cancellation or change cannot be attributed to either Thiosane Travel or the traveler, both parties bear their own damage.
